各位午安 我來自台北 今年22歲
good afternoon, I come from Taipei, i'm twenty-two years old

剛從銘傳大學畢業 主修公共行政
And graduated from Ming Chuan University, Majoring in public administration

從大四開始 在國會辦公室做文書助理工讀的一年多的時間
I have a part-time job starting from the senior, I was an amanuensis in charge of documentation and its filing system in the Congress Office for more than a year.
文書翻譯很多種，且文書處理範圍較廣，假若能多做敘述為佳
或直接以文書助理(document assistent)取代


讓我加深對行政文書工作的興趣
This experience deepen my interest in administrative paper work.

對於資料輸入及撰寫文稿和行政庶務等工作，相較於同齡大學生，我有更豐富的經驗。
For data entry, written presentation and administrative business matter and so on, I have more experience compared with the same age student.

因此，我有信心能夠勝任文件助理一職
Therefore, I am confident I could be equal to do the post of assistant.

也有長久服務的打算及為公司服務的熱忱
Also have a long-term service plan and dedication service to this company.
