於小弟這學期有修一門叫管理經濟學的課...

這對於非本科系出身的我，實在是相當沉重...

現在教授又給了我們一道題目...題目如下...

Is it reasonable to expect firms to take actions that

are in the public interest but are detrimental to stockholders?

Is regulation always necessary and appropriate to induce firms

to act in the public interest?

小弟遍尋經濟學的書，並沒有討論相關問題...

不知版上的管理強者大大...可否幫小弟的忙...
