方法就是 吃飽 睡飽 動飽 !
人生的意義就是存活
變強越容易存活!
1.吃飽
訓練食量越大越好
多吃蛋白質
因為是生長激素跟抗體的原料
2.睡飽
晚上7點後盡快睡 越晚起越好
讓身體有時間構建發育
修復身體避免癌症
3.動飽
多肌力訓練
增加食欲及睡眠時間
運動破壞肌肉刺激生長激素分泌
避免過量有氧運動太亢奮減少食欲影響睡眠
大家有其它更好的方法嗎?
