最近朋友在找工作 其中有幾家有規定是資料不全不能領薪
想說這樣是合理的嗎??
有些公司是需要保人 或是其他的的相關證明
朋友不是繳不出來 只是可能沒辦法那麼快
人資說這樣薪水就會延後發
只是想請問一下勞基法有規定這是合理的嗎?
