，指政府年度預算也才2兆多元，「你看這問題多嚴重，總是要處理」；考試院長伍錦霖
也直言，年金改革是無法逃避的嚴肅問題。
去年共有9406人退休，其中9038人支領月退休金。根據現行退撫新制，攸關軍公教所得替
代率的「退休金基數」為本俸2倍，若薪資10萬、本俸7萬，退休後可領14萬元。銓敘部正
規畫朝本俸1.6或1.7倍調整，且新制實施後，公務員不僅自行負擔35%退撫基金，且終止
年資18%優惠存款，絕無自我圖利。
考試院長表示，年金改革與人力大量離退都是無法逃避的嚴肅問題。考試院秘書長李繼玄
說，高齡公務員大量離退應及早因應，否則光是人力進用、訓練都是問題。
