辭呈時效性? - 職場

工做滿三年以上,需30天前告知。
這是大家都知道的
我的問題是:
假如我現在提辭呈(書面或郵件告知)
主管達成共識需找到人交接才能離開
但過了一年才找到人,這時候還要提辭呈嗎?
或是人情壓力,責任感使然。繼續把手上案子做完。
但也拖了1、2年(很多公司專案跑1、2年是常態)
之後可以不用提辭呈,直接閃人嗎?
還是辭呈有時效性?
