有個前公司同事,前年突然接到他的死訊,
他到了某間快遞公司任職,每天從早上9點上班到晚上9點,
中間完全沒有休息,公司只要上班打卡,下班不打卡,論件計酬制,
但是是責任制要收送完才能下班,某天他下班後喝酒完睡覺,
隔天一早突發心肌梗塞離世,死時才43歲而已,
我想問的是這樣情況過勞死能不能成立?
公司對於外勤用派遣制度,換言之他不是公司正式員工,
而且也沒有完整下班打卡紀錄,就算提過勞死大概也不樂觀吧,會不會?
