過35歲了~我該怎麼走下一步 - 公職

我目前在竹科上班，8年前進公司的時候，家人都很開心，
自己也很滿意，主要就是薪水不錯，但是最近越來越無力，
工作內容一直重複，也缺乏學習新技術的機會。漸漸地打從
心理與身理都有種無力感! 自認工作能力不差，但是不
諳職場文化，升遷上頗挫折，最近家人一直建議我走公職，
我有自信可以考上，但是收入會少一半，家人的生活必須跟著
改變，而且我也不確定能否適應公職。
不知道有無35歲還轉換跑道成功的例子，
大家都是從哪一步開始.......
