加班費問題 爬文看到兩種算方式 到底哪種符合資基法?
這裡以我公司為例
底薪21000加上生產獎金5千~1萬不等 每個月都不一樣
夜點費(輪班津貼?)1800,所以每個月薪資扣完勞健保約在29000正負3K
假設我本月薪資為31000,那本月加班費是用(31K/240)*1.33 計算
還是用(21K/240)*1.33算?若為常態薪資計算法,那每個月的加班費都不盡相同嗎?
廢話好多,簡單說就是以實發薪資或底薪計算?
