坦白說,這是我人生中第一次正式遇到這樣的問題。
目前我準備在我那微不足道的小小單位當中,
正式拉一個生產力很高的員工A起來當最基層的管理幹部。
這位A先生非常出色,不管是學習力還是應變能力或是執行力,
所有人都認為他應該要升,我對他勝任該職位也毫無疑問。
之前他暫代幹部的經驗也非常好
問題就是,當他做為一個10人小單位的幹部的時候,
該單位的產能和之前相較卻是下滑的,
之前一個能力平庸的幹部B職掌該單位的時候,
產能卻是較高的............
追根究柢,我不認為是B身為幹部的能力大於A
問題在於,"B先生的底下有A,但是A升上去以後,卻沒有另一個A"
A的能力坦白說不是B培養出來的,
只能說之前B非常幸運,有了A這樣的部屬,
升了幹部A以後,就沒有員工A了。
算我管理經驗淺薄,我真的有點困擾這件事情
不知道有沒有什麼好建議?
我總不能說:"A,你身為員工A的能力實在太出色了,所以我不能升你。"
就算我能這樣做,其他人也不會服氣的
我不升他的話,甚至可以算是我昏庸了
我該怎麼辦???該怎樣才能做到提升產能和拔擢優秀員工兩相兼顧???
