Following the steps below should solve your problem.

The link you have clicked on may not be available or your browser's
language preference is not set to English (United States). To Change or
add your language setting for your browser to include English (United
States) do the following:

1. Open your browser and select Tools>Internet Options from the
menu
2. Click Languages button.
3. Click the Add button from the Language Preferences window.
4. Select English (United States) from the Add Language window and
click the OK button.
5. You will see that English (United States) has now been added in
the Language Preference window and click the OK button.
6. Click the OK button on the Internet Options menu.
7. Close and re-open your browser
