欲了解之公司資訊:
最近缺錢缺很兇,想要去應徵打工 就去詢問並看了一下他們的內容
發現有些不理解之處
制度面:
前36小時時薪是90元,可以免費包一個六吋的堡 (變相要我們用薪資在自己店內消費?
36小時後是133元,但是包堡不是像前36小時一樣免費,變成原價-60的員工餐
且沒有勞保與健保
我是聽說不少店家都不會有,但是這樣不違反勞基法規範嗎?
配料部分:
我看店家作法不同,但既然是連鎖業者應該需要有個固定的配方做法吧?
1. 起司牛、照燒雞這種的湯匙分量是裝滿還是裝一半?
2. 燒烤牛會先切一半,再放兩、三片的半片? (這樣不會太坑嗎?
3. 香熱起司放兩片火腿、一片火雞胸、一片培根 (但我看其他許多分店分量都多一些?
4. 生菜放20克、洋蔥六小根、酸黃瓜、橄欖、辣椒、大黃瓜、番茄都各兩片
但好像不少店家不會只放兩片?
想問問是店員都看我可愛才多加料還是一直在變相的壓榨?
