Hello 大家晚安
我不是職場新人了,大概有10年的年資
前陣子待業一個月左右,很難得有機會轉職到一間理想的公司
這家公司是這個領域的龍頭,對於這個機會很珍惜
新公司跟之前接觸過的領域雖然是差不多的流程,但產品完全不一樣
而我的工作內容偏向專案規劃,所以老實說我也必須重新認識新產品新產業
產業產品的不同,規劃邏輯就跟以前的完全不一樣了
包含簡報呈現方式、規劃的角度等等,是真的完全不同
只是剛進來報到10天,主管直接丟一個案子給我讓我去規劃
沒有前人的資料、沒有交接、沒有人交代前因後果
只有主管大概跟我講一下方向,然後請我上網找相關資料規劃出一版
我發現來回討論了3.4版,我一直跟主管對不上頻率
我端出的東西一直切不到他要的
老實說很挫折,但主管很有耐心,算是直接告訴我答案
但聽了他心中的答案,我發現這跟我以前的規畫經驗大相逕庭
也是跟我之前幾年累積的規畫經驗思考邏輯完全完全的不一樣
這方面我也是很挫折,有種糟糕完全派不上用場的感覺
後來會後我有跟主管抱歉,我說今天我才完全理解你的想法
我會再調整我的規劃邏輯
主管嘴上是沒有怪我,他說我才來這幾天,其實已經不簡單了
(即使是場面話也很感謝他願意這樣說)
說到這,不知道各位前輩
當你們轉換同個職務但不同產業時,會遇到上述類似前面武功盡棄的感受嗎?
如果是,那該怎麼面對與調整呢?謝謝
