關於輪班文化 - 職場

身為早八晚五、周休二日的小小上班族，生活圈甚
小，對其他領域的職場文化所知有限，因此想請教
大家：
為什麼有些公司行號要輪班呢？護理人員以及現下
台鐵員工最大的抱怨就是花花綠綠的班表，不但沒
有完整的休息時間，也需要恆常的調作息，長久下
來誰受得了？航空業我懂，畢竟他們一趟長途飛外
站可能就要十幾個小時，但護理或台鐵為什麼不固
定日班、小夜或大夜班呢？願意上大夜班多賺津貼
的就固定上大夜，需要照顧家庭的就固定上日班(如
坊間診所)，不是皆大歡喜嗎？
輪班文化究竟是真有人力調度上的需要，或只是老闆
們整員工的方式？
