電話開發的一點小牢騷 - 職場

我們公司是做ISO驗證和輔導的,
算是同業界間小有名氣但是在廣大的市場上實在沒什麼知名度的小公司...
(大家比較熟的應該就是中國生產力中心、SGS...那種關鍵字搜尋很前面的)
我進公司剛滿一個月,職稱是業務助理,主要任務就是電話開發客戶。
最近都持續在連絡全省的飯店旅館業者,推動觀光局補助案(通過ISO就有補助款)
要不是之前曾經做過陰森購物三年多的客服,
真不知道如何面對前台人員帶給我的挫折感T^T
目前是陸續有開發到幾間已經進行到送計畫書的階段,
也許不見得一定能簽得了合約,但我已經很感動了~
畢竟跟那些連我要跟他們講解補助案或ISO都不願意的前台人員or主管相比之下,
至少有人願意聽、願意花一點時間了解,我已經心滿意足...
我知道很多人並不清楚政府的補助案 (我之前也不知道)
也有很多人不了解ISO到底是啥甚至也沒聽過
但是...身為一個前台人員,可以因為妳/你"自己"不懂,"自己"沒聽過,就斷然拒絕嗎?
如果今天主管或老闆真的需要這項協助卻因為員工的自做主張而喪失機會...
將心比心...我是老闆我都覺得請到這樣的員工很倒楣@@
也或許你會擔心隨便轉接電話會被罵?
我也只是要找值班的主管而已,又沒要求要直接找老闆,就算你轉給會計我也ok啊~
再說了~業務接洽也是主管工作項目中的一環!不然公司是請你來幹嘛的!
今天我打電話提供這個訊息,當然我也希望有成交的機會(畢竟我也要賺錢過生活啊~)
但是很有可能我解說完之後,你們自己就去跟政府單位申請而非透過我們公司
畢竟這是公開訊息,只要符合規定,大家都可以申請,要不要透過顧問公司隨便你~
我也只是希望大家態度可以好一點,"理智"一點,"聰明"一點
電話開發是一種行銷的手段,不是強迫推銷也不是詐騙,
希望大家可以多多體諒啦~^^a
