台灣資方很奇怪,從claude1111的PO文,
就可以看出原PO個性,為人誠懇正直,在工作上是屬本份的
為什麼資方寧願去用盜用公款的求職者,新聞老是出現某某公司出現盜用公款
我每次看到這種新聞,都在心裏說,公司活該
也不用誠懇正直的求職者呢??
我覺得面試已經變態成口才考試了
但也有另一點是,從表達的文字來看,會覺得太過老實,不會包裝,易被欺負?
因為職場上就算是一般倒茶小妹,也是要會說話的
我也是誠實型的人,真得很吃虧

我前前一份公司是在大公司上班做了好幾年,然後離職原因寫離家太遠,面試每個都說你嫌遠那你幹嘛要去做,就沒錄取=0=。
然後我下一家面試我前前一份工作就改寫轉換跑道,上一份工作是不知名小公司幾個月,難後面試主管就說,前前一份工作大公司,你換不知名公司寫轉換跑道有比較好嗎?就叫我等通知當然不錄取=皿=。
然後去不知道要寫什麼離職原因了,怎麼寫都被挑毛病,上一次好不容易考試過了,就死在面試履歷那關,我寫前兩份面試主管有些挑完毛病還說你怎才寫兩份要從高中畢業到當完兵都寫日期也要寫清楚不然日期我連不起來(>﹏<),前前份都只做幾個月又失業很久才找到,寫了又被挑毛病真的不知道如何好,所以又沒錄取了。
然後空格失業太久主管也一直挑那塊一直功略,說什麼都只能被挑毛病。
面試工作主管都只看離職原因,跟工作經驗期間到底要怎麼寫才好,誠實寫都被挑毛病不錄取,如何寫才是對的
