飲料店的紅茶 - 工作

想請問,本身在飲料店工作,店裡賣的紅茶,茶葉是用阿薩姆紅茶,原本的煮法是將茶葉放進滾沸的水中,關火,悶10分鐘後過濾,並降溫到50度即倒進茶桶,但最近看了很多文章,發現有些店家是先煮再悶,有些是過濾後會冰鎮,冰鎮的紅茶還能用兩天??可是我們店的紅茶,店長規定只能放4小時就要倒
