今天會PO這文章
是我心不甘情不願的打的
是這樣的
我日前應徵某間餐飲店
體檢做了,該交的都交了(良民證)
大該花了1200左右吧…
3/9報到上班
上到現在,在公司也只有10天
排班制 第一週3天 第二週也3天 這週也只有4天 店長要我上到週六,今天跟我說 公司高層壓力,據說,因為顧客評語說我太差,等等之類的話,或是說排班時間,公司無法調渡人力,等等 並問我 當初是如何跟人資說
我回 我固定休某兩天平日都上白天,週五六日全天,好 人資也說可以 錄取了
誰知,今天店長說高層說,表現不佳,要我走人,店長也適者為我說話,高層都說看顧客評語不好,所以要我走人,還說可上班時數太少,等等之類的話 現在想 那當初為什麼還有錄取我呢!還有店長說公司很笨
遇到缺,不管有沒有資歷就丟進來,沒有實際到門市看,說我被淘汰感到可惜
現在想問問板友,要不要檢舉公司,還有公司要所有薪資外的費用? 只丟ㄧ句 顧客評價太差 就要我走人 很不甘心啊…
