今天會PO這文章
是我心不甘情不願的打的
是這樣的
我日前應徵某間餐飲店
體檢做了，該交的都交了(良民證)
大該花了1200左右吧…
3/9報到上班
上到現在，在公司也只有10天
排班制 第一週3天 第二週也3天 這週也只有4天 店長要我上到週六，今天跟我說 公司高層壓力，據說，因為顧客評語說我太差，等等之類的話，或是說排班時間，公司無法調渡人力，等等 並問我 當初是如何跟人資說
我回 我固定休某兩天平日都上白天，週五六日全天，好 人資也說可以 錄取了
誰知，今天店長說高層說，表現不佳，要我走人，店長也適者為我說話，高層都說看顧客評語不好，所以要我走人，還說可上班時數太少，等等之類的話 現在想 那當初為什麼還有錄取我呢！還有店長說公司很笨
遇到缺，不管有沒有資歷就丟進來，沒有實際到門市看，說我被淘汰感到可惜
現在想問問板友，要不要檢舉公司，還有公司要所有薪資外的費用? 只丟ㄧ句 顧客評價太差 就要我走人 很不甘心啊…
