高普財稅的民法 - 考試

總覺得民法近年來一年比一年刁鑽了，這兩天作答的感想，感覺看考古題或是補習班的
題庫本都沒什麼用，很多都是考平常沒什麼注意的小法條，不然就是四個答案四種法條
......很多都是考古題或題庫本沒有的
有人會覺得這次高普的選擇很容易嗎？
我覺得超難的，做考古題沒用，現在的心情很沮喪.......
另外，民法的申論，如果部份的法條概念有對，但某部份法條內容記錯導致答案寫錯，這
樣會算全錯嗎？ （給分不到5分的那種）
