日本英文家教札幌巨蛋，發生女球迷遭到界外球擊中右眼失明的意外，札幌地方法院26日宣判球團等相關單位必須賠償英文家教，創下日本首件球迷勝訴的案例。日媒報導，原告為一名30多歲的女性，2010年8月和丈夫及3名子女前往札幌巨蛋觀看火腿對西武的英文家教，原告一家人坐在內野看台，比賽過程中突然飛來一顆界外球，不幸擊中女球迷的臉部，造成右臉骨骨折和右眼破裂，傷勢嚴重。女球迷提出告訴，向球賽主辦者火腿隊球團及札幌巨蛋英文家教所有者札幌市府求償約4700萬日圓。經過多年纏訟，札幌地院判決女球迷勝訴。法官指出，內野看台設置的圍欄未能擋住界外球，球團方面怠於設置球網等安全措施，球場設備不足以防範危險，欠缺安全性。球團在訴訟過程中曾表示，球場內大螢幕及廣播均會提醒球迷注意，出現界外球時，場內還會��

英文沒有學好，不管出國或工作上面真的會到處碰壁《分享一個我自己的例子》我在求學時期就沒有把英文讀好，出了社會工作上升遷總是擦身而過甚至連自己1個人出國，都因為英文不好，而在機場困住1個多小時才出去所以讓我下定決心想要把英文學好，就去報名了傳統的英文補習班雖然精挑細選了小班制的教學，可是班上同學的程度普遍都比我好太多時間久了因為程度跟不太上，舊的內容還沒消化，新的當然也來不及吸收加上常常下了班就匆匆忙忙的趕去上課，舟車勞頓太累自我放棄所以後來真心體會到，學習任何的語言不外乎就是要有恆心＋毅力既然這樣的方式沒辦法長時間堅持學習下去，那就另外找適合的方法因為我朋友也跟我有同樣的情況，英文不好在工作上一直有阻礙後來他選擇了現在很流行的線上學英文來幫助他自己提升英文優點��
