輸血問題一問 - 考試

大家好 第一次在這邊發文

有個問題一直搞不懂想請教大家

What would be the major concern for an individual with type A blood who

receives a transfusion of type B blood?

A) the antibody in the serum of the donor

B) the antibody in the serum of the recipient

C) antibodies in both the donor's and recipient's serum

答案是B 我是選A

事後想想也許輸進來B型血中的anti-A antibody量相對少

所以不會有"major"的影響？

不然感覺比較需要擔心的是自己的血被溶掉

我知道A型人血清中的anti-B antibody會跟帶有B antigen的RBC凝集

隨後吸引免疫細胞把他溶解造成hemolysis

不過這個會對身體造成什麼影響呢@@

因為破壞掉的不是本來就不屬於他自身的血球細胞嘛？

但又曾經聽說過輸錯血會有生命危險

是因為尚未被溶解掉的抗原抗體complex會阻塞血管嘛@@

不知道板上的強者們是否可以解答在下的疑惑
