一般應該都認為排他+非敵對才是準私有財吧

因為跟直覺相反所以我印象很深刻

且不說補習班老師教這樣

大學教授也是這樣教的

補習班講義 教科書 大學時的筆記 原文書都是這樣寫的

以下節錄一段來自 Michael E.Wetzstein 的

Microeconomic Theorey:concepts & connections 頁729



Pure private goods are distinguished from private goods by their

exclusiveness:Private goods are all rival commodities, and pure

private goods have the additional criterion of being exclusive.

Similarly, public goods are all nonrival commodities, and pure

public goods have the additional criterion of being nonexclusive.



根據第24題說的

一個 擁擠 但 不收費 的公路

很明顯就是 敵對 但 非排他 的財貨

根據上面說明

應屬準私有財無誤才對吧

就算分類標準並無一定

也應該BD都給分才對啊

以上為個人看法

原本這題是很有把握的

沒加到分就算了

還莫名其妙被扣分真的是OOXX
