這幾天練習考古題時被以下問題卡住了 想請問大家該如何解這問題?
甲男與已與其舅父離婚之舅母乙女相戀，兩人依民法第 982 條之規定，為結婚之戶籍
登記。1 年後兩人生下丙男與丁女。丙男大學畢業後出國留學，甲男資助學費 60 萬
元，於丁女出嫁時，贈送嫁妝 30 萬元。甲男死亡後，留下財產 360 萬元，應如何繼
承？
甲男與其舅母結婚應是屬於近親結婚 所以婚姻無效? 可以推斷舅母乙沒有繼承權嗎?
另外丙男丁女是否因婚姻無效而視為非婚生子女? 可以由此推斷沒有繼承權嗎?
還是即使婚姻無效但有婚姻事實 所以乙丙丁皆可繼承?
想問民法中有沒有確切的法條規定適用此題目情形
