Table of Contents
一、 鑑於100年起實施之新制司法官及律師考試第一試筆試之應試科目、試題題型與
應試時間等均相同，且兩項考試重複報考人數及重複錄取人數，均超過五成五以上，為減
輕應考人考試負擔，案經三次邀集產官學界代表召開相關事宜專案會議研商決議，擬規劃
將司法官及律師考試第一試合併辦理。
二、 另為因應法官審理案件及律師處理受委任事件等實務運作之需要，並考量不增加
應考人之負擔，研擬於司法官及律師考試修正第一試應試科目，案經邀集產官學界代表召
開專案會議研商決議，第一試擬增列應試科目「強制執行法」並配合刪除「海商法」科目
，爰擬訂本二項考試規則修正草案。
