看了1989年的天下雜誌,勞資問題篇,發現當年在一般行業,
通常28歲就幹上小主管(如果是餐飲服務業25歲搞不好都是中階了),
中階主管多在30歲左右或初頭,35-40歲的話,在有些公司都已經是較高階經理級的了
至於為何會有這樣的情況? 那是因為當年景氣大好,有些高階經理(2年級生),
錢都提早賺飽退休吃老本了(那年定存利率8%,放1000萬一年就80萬),
有的則因為地產提早賺飽,造成上位一直保持流動性,
加上新公司大量設立,以及一些行業大開放(如證券.投信等)
主管的需求量相當大,也因此那時只要努力,有年資,肯等,升遷機會早晚會到,
不像現在,新人多的是拿22k,還好幾年沒調,上位的四年級生因為生活壓力
不敢提早退休,寧可活到老做到老,更因為失業率高,很多人不敢跳槽,
升遷機會便不如過去.
