103年即將到來，許多民眾元旦都有放假，但很多人不知道，1月2日也是勞基法規範的休
假日，有800多萬名勞工受惠，事業單位是隔周休2日或雙周工時84小時者，皆應依法放假
；但事業單位是周休2日或雙周工時80小時者，且配合行政機關辦公日曆表施行休假，則
因明年元月2日已調移至其他工作日，該日並無休假。
依法....勞基法....
我隔周休也只放一天而已...
