大家好
小弟今年七月底進入一家公司
到目前已經工作了五個月快滿六個月
前三個月滿時
我主管說我工作積極度不夠 以及尚未進入狀況
所以試用期延長兩個月
(薪資不變)
如今兩個月到了
她跟我說 因為我曾經上班偷懶
本人曾經在車上睡覺 被抓包
(小弟是業務 一天要開100公里以上 有時候開車累了會停路邊睡覺)
以及她說我跟同事相處不好
舉例說 我服裝不整 要人提醒才改
(我一開始來的時候同事都穿polo與牛仔褲 我就跟著穿
後來我主管要求我要穿襯衫 我就開始穿襯衫 )
專業能力不足
溝通能力不佳
如果這時候如果把我轉成正職
其他人會不開心 認為我不夠格
所以要把我變成約聘
要跟我簽約聘合約
明天十點半會跟副總一起面談
請問各位這樣是合法的嗎?
