最近跟不少技能產業(設計、研發)的朋友聊到35歲後的職涯規劃
觀察到幾個很雷同的現象,這個年紀在台北如果薪水要再上去,足夠能養家活口,日子過的
不差,只有幾條路:
自己創業,或者努力朝主管職規劃,似乎不只技能產業,每個產業大多都這樣。 35歲之後
似乎比較難像年輕時,靠跳槽去爭取平轉職位的高薪,就算爭取到,也很可能穩定性欠佳(
很操或流動率高),到了這年紀,多數都是靠人脈或獵人頭爭取到更理想的工作。
總覺得走到這個成家立業年紀,是一個洗學歷已晚,彎腰低薪做起很困難的年紀(已有房貸
壓力),真的能充分體會到年輕時常被說「年輕是本錢,想做什麼快去試」的優勢。
不知有沒有版友是這個年紀也有一樣的感受,後來轉行或深造結果成功滿意的案例可不吝分
享?
成功的定義:
1:待遇有感增長,前景需求看好
2:轉行陣痛期較短(底薪不會太低或加薪快)
3:沒有靠關係,是自己努力爭取
