小妹最近到ㄧ新公司上班，
其實也剛滿3個月，
今天知道公司5／1勞動節，
我們居然沒有放假！！
老闆說是因為在月曆上面沒有紅字，所以不放（我的月曆上就是大紅字！！）
而且我們是非非非常傳統的產業「清潔公司」，應該算勞工吧！
有點不開心！請問各位大大，
是合法的嗎？還有我可以怎麼做？
