MBA適合怎麼樣個性的人念呢? - 工管

Just be comfortable with who you are and find a career that will utilize your
strengths and depend less on your weaknesses (socializing).

MBA is not the only path. And to be honest, it's a waste of money if you're not
comfortable with networking and socializing.

I know they say an MBA is a good chance to "reinvent" yourself. But that
doesn't mean fundamentally changing your personality.

Maybe try figuring out why you're introverted? If it's due to confidence,
perhaps things will change once you build up your self-esteem.
If you just hate dealing with people, then that's just never going to change.
