不合理的休假規定 - 職場

小弟任職於一家人數約25人的私人廣告公司
公司的高層都是他們自家人
所以通常都是他們說了就算 凌駕於制度之上

公司採週休2日 見紅就放
特休天數也依照勞基法規定
--------------------------------------------
但有一個奇怪的休假規定
感覺他們好像很怕員工放假放太爽
所以限制員工一年只能休一次長假
長假的定義是 --> 跟週末一起連著休
就算你只請一天假 禮拜五或禮拜一
也算是把長假的額度給用掉了...
所以大部分的人都會利用這唯一的機會請長假出國玩
這規定 等於是變相的禁休 週五跟週一
我覺得非常不合理...
公司真的有權利這樣規定嗎???
