送藥員們,常常需要回頭去找公共電話亭打電話給客戶, 問他們更詳盡的路線方向。

所以答案是C, 因為他們需要比較好的找路系統

: 個人看法:費得勒的權變 其情境有三要素 領導者和部屬關係 任務結構 領導者權力基礎
: 但題目看不太出這三要素 有沒有高手能解說 謝謝
我對權變模式沒有很熟,但是我覺得是 任務導向, 因為既然是high levels of conflict,
關係導向可能比較沒用。
