: Frequently, drive have to retrace(回憶) their route to get back to a pay phone
: to call the customer for even more detailed directions.
: 我譯:時常,司機回憶路線.....?!
送藥員們,常常需要回頭去找公共電話亭打電話給客戶, 問他們更詳盡的路線方向。
: Convient Pharmacy probably needs to change its:
: A structure B people C technology D culture E strategy
: 這題是C嗎?
所以答案是C, 因為他們需要比較好的找路系統

: the order-processing system in the organization. ^^^^^^代表我不懂其意
: The task force is composed(鎮靜的) of his peers(同事) form other departments
: in the organization.
: Most of them worked together before in a previous taskforce that was
: disbanded(遣散) because of high levels of confict in the group.
小明是"重整組織內訂購系統" 小組的領導人。
小組的其他成員是小明公司內其他部門的同仁,
而多數成員以前其實是同一個小組,他們後來是因為一些衝突問題而被分散到其他部門。
: According to Fiedler's model, an effective leader in this situation
: would have a ________ style.
: A TO(任務導向) B RO (關係導向)
: 個人看法:費得勒的權變 其情境有三要素 領導者和部屬關係 任務結構 領導者權力基礎
: 但題目看不太出這三要素 有沒有高手能解說 謝謝
我對權變模式沒有很熟,但是我覺得是 任務導向, 因為既然是high levels of conflict,
關係導向可能比較沒用。
