相信蠻多人大是喜歡"日本式服務"
或是曾經在日本有過良好的購物經驗
而這也確實是日本服飾業的競爭力之一
Uniqlo就是要把自身在日本的成功模是複製到世界各地
門市人員則是這樣購物經驗的基本
因此在挑人時自然是要去找進來工作後能提供這樣服務的員工
大家或許應該去看看日本大學生如何進行"就職活動"
女性的妝容、服裝、頭髮顏色、等都有標準
而且很制式
我想那些面試人員想必是自身就很認同Uniqlo企業文化的人
也因此所表現出來的在本質上還是很日式企業的做法
日式服務的品質雖然因應不同的勞動條件而必須在地化
但是雇用人時還是希望能貼近公司文化一點的
至於薪水的部分
日本大學畢業生起薪是20萬日圓
相當台灣的22K吧
但是大公司的福利很好
所以大家願意做
不知道Uniqlo來台灣後福利的部分是如何
所以無法針對薪資部分作是否合理化的推論
但總之,面試的部分不算太過嚴苛:)
大家可以好好加強面試技巧啦
也是不錯的經驗
