企業財務VS會計 - 薪水

各位Salary版的先進,大家好.
小弟最近在尋找各式企業的財務部門職缺的同時,也會遇到一個問題.
那就是,有些企業有開財務缺,有些開會計缺,有些兩者都開.
想請問有做過這兩類職缺的版,
福利會有所差異嗎? 從薪水到分紅?
另外,我很擔心的是,如果接受了會計缺,是否就沒機會往財務缺移動了?
