休假強制pt上班 - 職場

我現在在飯店業實習,因為分數跟學分都壓在主管上面我也沒辦法說什麼
但是明明表定一個月月休九天或八天,都強制我們休假要去當PT人員
算下來一個月才休六或五
這樣是真的合理嗎?都沒什麼方法可以治他們嗎?
