做一休一的調度員 - 薪水

最近應徵上公車每日運輸的調度員
很令我難以抉擇的是
起薪35000 考核試用期過後薪水47000
但是上班時間就是24小時 早上10點到隔天10點 大約晚上11點~早上5點可以補眠
然後沒有連假 沒有年假
重點是穩定 畢竟會搭公車的就是一定需要搭 老人 學生
營收絕對是固定的 因為公車是聯營體系
想請問大家會考慮這種工作
