請問大大們:勞健保有雇主應負擔之費用,其費用雖然是繳付政府,但因雇主拒絕為員工投保,僅以保險津貼850元,要員工自行投保!今向台北地法提告損害賠償,引用就業保險第40條與健保法第84條投保單位未依規定「負擔」所屬被保險人及其眷屬之保險費,而由被保險人自行負擔者,投保單位除應退還該保險��
