這是跟朋友借的帳號，第一次發文
上來分享一下最近遇到不太好的面試經歷
本人是七年級尾，最近剛好轉換跑道，在找一份穩定的產業、工作
接待的是一位HR小姐，以下稱呼她為A
公司總部是位於五股的上市櫃成衣公司，股價蠻貴的
應徵的是海外生管培訓人員
收到104面試通知後，A用信件告知我兩個禮拜後到總公司跟主管做個面試
先前也爬過文知道面試前會有個英文測驗
等了兩個禮拜...終於到了面試這天(還記得當天是禮拜四
因為本人住在外縣市，路程必須通勤一小半轉兩次車才能夠到達
當天我也很準時的提早半小時到達
坐電梯到了櫃台招待的是A，看起來蠻文靜的戴個眼鏡
這時A表現的蠻客氣的，我這時也覺得公司也很氣派，待愈應該會還不錯的公司
不過這都只是一開始的想像，之後就開始破滅。
接著被A領著到一個小房間，開始做線上聽力跟閱讀測驗
測驗完了，我考了590左右覺得沒有到很差(以為會更低
然後就被另一位HR B領著到一間會客室跟我做個簡單面試
開始問我基本資料，英文自我介紹等bla bla bla~
面試完她就出去了，叫我等一下
沒多久結果是A小姐走進來，
A:你今天可以先回去了，因為主管在開會要再約個面試時間
我當下覺得很錯愕+傻眼
我:那...什麼時候會通知?可不可以快一點
A:不知道，可能禮拜五或是下禮拜一
於是我啥都沒了解到，就回家去了
隔天下午3點我打過去給A，問說什麼時候再約跟主管面試
A:哦要等，我再問主管一下
我:好謝謝
然後電話就掛了
過了一個小時，我就在信箱收到了感謝函
當下覺得很錯愕，心裡OS 奇怪...我連主管都沒見到面，怎麼會寄感謝函給我?
於是立馬打電話過去給A問個明白
我:人資小姐你好。不是說要再通知面試時間嗎?怎麼收到感謝函，請問是有什麼原因嗎?
A:哦，主管覺得你英文不夠好
我:不是阿，我連主管面都沒見到，這就通知不錄取這也太奇怪了吧?
A:因為主管最近很多會議要開，沒有時間面試 (已經有一點怒意
我:那奇怪了，主管在開會沒時間面試，怎麼不通知一下面試者，在約個時間?
最後A可能被我問道惱怒了
A:你這種態度我們公司可能沒有適合你的職位
我:蛤?你說什麼?
我還以為我聽錯了，然後A又重複了一遍
A:你這種態度我們公司可能沒有適合你的職位
我:沒有..只是希望你們不要這樣子。我好歹也是坐車來的，希望能夠尊重一下面試者
A:那謝謝哦，謝謝你給我們公司寶貴的建議(感覺聽出來她很不爽，講話很酸
那不然我再去問主管還有沒有什麼職位適合你的，好不好?
我:呃不用了吧，我都被妳說成這樣子了，我怎麼還敢去，那就先這樣吧 (還沒進公司就黑了
然後我就把電話掛了
後續
有跟104小姐檢舉這間公司的行為，104小姐也覺得公司太誇張了，會幫我做反映
而我覺得雖然反映了，公司也不見得會改善。要不要改是公司的事
