104年3月下旬　行政院曾發函各機關
函文提及：
「公文書寫遵循標準為使各機關處理公文有一致遵循標準，
　自即日起有關公文之期望、目的及稱謂用語，均無須挪抬（空格）書寫。」

有考生至考選部提問
是否仍需挪抬？　是否自今年度開始之公文測驗也適用？

考選部答覆：
一、本部辦理各項公務人員考試之應考須知均載明，
　　「國文(作文、公文與測驗)」科目之公文部分，
　　以公文程式條例及行政院最新修訂之文書處理手冊所規定之格式命題、閱卷，
　　爰有關公文寫作格式之相關內容說明，應考人應自行蒐集知悉。

二、有關最新國家考試國文科「公文」作答書寫參考範例，
　　已放置於本部全球資訊網＞應考人專區＞
　　測驗試卷、試卡作答注意事項及範例下，請自行參閱
