: 然後剛好有客人跟我點了半雞套餐,我剪了快10分鐘,然後收了150元
: 原本的前置作業需要2小時,現在直接到營業地點,倒油並把油加熱,然後把前一晚放冷藏
: 退冰的醃製排骨拿出來,就可以開業了,整個過程不用10分鐘
: 如果更偷懶一點的話,也可以一次先炸好1,000~2,000元營業額的排骨酥,然後用瓦數燈照
: 著保溫,客人點餐的時候可以省下油炸的時間,直接秤重給客人,等檯面賣完後再繼續炸
其實你可以兩個都做啊
鹹水雞利潤最高的就是蔬菜了
排骨酥買總部醃好的當然方便 但利潤就低很多
現在你工作變得輕鬆
建議可以順便賣鹹水雞的蔬菜
反正調味那些你都會了
就專挑備料簡單的蔬菜做
菜價貴的時候就不賣 專挑菜價便宜時賣
