為明文規範刑事裁判裁定更正之處理方式，並維護妥速審判效能及合理運用司法資源，暨保障訴訟當事人之權益，司法院於109年3月6日下午召開第182次院會，由許宗力院長主持，會中通過刑事訴訟法第227條之1、第284條之1、第376條、第406條及刑事訴訟法施行法第7條之16修正草案，將於近日函送行政院會銜提請立法院審議。
