十個老闆搶一個員工,你能想像這樣的情況嗎?
台灣過去就發生過,時間約在1989年的時候,
那時大學生畢業幾乎是保證就業,國內大量新企業設立,
加上勞工意識抬頭,企業甚至為了搶勞工,挖勞工擠破頭
比如說你在原公司一個月30000,新公司為了挖你,
一開就是一個月40000價碼,你便有籌碼跟原公司要求調高薪資,
要不就是直接跳了,原公司也為了留員工而拼命加薪,
如果是高階主管,經理,甚至是年薪200-300萬在開價的都有,
1989年時一年收入200萬可是非常好過的呢,現在呢?
一個只有22k的工作,反而還變成十個人在搶了,
多數員工也是很多年都沒調薪,令人不勝晞噓啊
