公務員基本上是待遇好又穩的工作,更不用提每次選舉前,
政策還會另外提高福利綁票,至於減薪,樽節,你放心,
在弱勢社福沒有被徹底檢討大半前,抑或是台灣沒被老共統一前,
是沒必要庸人自擾的.
光看起薪好了,普考及格者第一年就有55W左右年收入,高考及格者更是>60W,
這起薪已經快接近一流外商的水準,加薪部分,現在差不多是3-4年調薪一次3%,
跟外商是沒得比(外商一年可能達到7-10%,我堂妹76年次在某間外商作快三年,
去年扣繳憑單上金額所得約85W-90W間),但比上不足,比下有餘,
現在私人機構第一年很多人都拿不到40W,工作三年能超過50W也不算多,
更何況,公家機關見紅必放,額外假也不少,加班會有加班費,重點是不會像私人機構
動不動裁員,減薪,縮編,也沒有像外商高收入高績效壓力的情況.
如果把月退都納進入,那麼一生中能領得就更可觀了,公家的所得替代率可是相當高的,
一生能領的隨便算下來,都能打敗大部份的私人機構與外商,
尤其接下來幾年的經濟恐怕會相當動盪,不妨好好思考一下
