可成的薪資真的不高嗎 - 面試

今天去可成面試品保工程師
我是中字輩碩士，工作經驗9年，最近從北部回南部工作
面試最後面試人員問說期望薪資是多少，回說希望有45k
然後他就面有難色，依慣例說一些南部不能跟北部比如何如何
後來我當然說依公司規定就好，但他也沒說多少，只說會在核薪
所以想請問
1.板上說可成薪資不高，故我這樣可成約會給多少
2.忘了問股票或分紅之類的，可成有嗎
3.看板上說會機械、加工的會很操，那Q狀況如何
其實是可成離家很近，所以才會考慮
