企劃人才在台灣其實往往不受重視
或者直接拿去當業務人才使用
一個好的企劃需要
博學:有廣泛的知識攝取能力
邏輯:建構事物順序以及分配資源的能力
人際溝通:廣結人脈,仔細聆聽,歸納重點的溝通能力
應變能力:臨時狀況,危機應變
但在台灣的老闆眼中,企劃人才大概是這樣...
老闆:這案子的圖稿是你設計的?
企劃:不是,是美編設計的
老闆:那...程式是你寫的?
企劃:不是,是程式設計師寫的
老闆:那便當是你訂的?
企劃:我...幫忙訂過幾次....
老闆:那好,加你結案獎金500元,可以下去了
企劃的功用往往不是顯性的
例如一個成功的運動選手
世俗看到的,往往是選手強健的體魄跟肌肉
而忽略了負責轉動的關節
