我在台灣最大間的土地銀行當正式行員,十幾年前就是遇到你這種情形,
被搞死的,已經從阿扁時代申訴到馬英九時代,還是沒用,台灣的勞基法
都是保護老闆的,對員工根本沒用,我只要求土地銀行給我資遣費,但當時
主管連合同事逼我自動辭職,害我連資遣費和失業救濟金,共25萬元,都沒拿到,
後來到民營的大公司上班,問同事,才知道台灣的公司,一般都是沒有在給資遣費的,
這是曾任股價200多元的股票上市的儒鴻紡織的人資,
和我說的--台灣公司一般都是沒有在給資遣費的,(當時他在一間營造公司和我是同事)
連台灣最大的土地銀行都這樣搞了,你覺得台灣其他小公司的勞工會比我好嗎?
