現在許多大企業都有所謂的依學經歷敘薪制度
民營企業針對同樣類型工作內容,因為學歷背景不同會給予差別起薪
(例如碩士高於學士、國立高於私立)
這個制度針對高技術性的工作其實是合理的
但是在對於某些行政、企劃、作業性質工作內容上,就會產生有趣的現象
若背景為某國立學士的新人,起薪是比私立學士高一些的,在職等上有也明顯差一職級,
但其實行政庶務處理的能力和學歷並無直接關聯
並不是讀國立學歷處理事情能力就比私校的人好
好吧,其實我們公司常常有私校背景的員工抱怨公司敘薪制度不合理
批評高學歷背景的人...被他批評到的人也不知道該說什麼
但其實台灣高科技產業、金融業其實眾多企業敘薪制度都是這樣。
大家的想法呢?
