In a population of 100 flower, there are 40 red flower (RR),38 pink
flower (Rr) and 22 white flower (rr), what is the frequency of r allele
in this population?
A) 0.48
B) 0.60
C) 0.40
D) 0.09
E) 0.52
這題答案為A
我的看法:帶入公式 r frequency= (2x N of rr + N of Rr)/ 2Ntotal
r frequency= (22x2)+38/ 2x100 = 0.41
所以這題答案因該為C
本來我認為答案給錯了,但事後我做驗算基因型為rr的數目為
0.41x0.41x100=約為16;如此的話也不符題目的22
一定要由0.48x0.48x100才會符合22
請問我哪裡搞錯了呢?
