我是在某區讀書的大學生 大學期間我做過各種打工 但很多在某區的打工都不會有標準時
薪 我遇到很多惡老闆時薪大都在95-120 大一很笨 還做過收銀短少莫名要我陪800up的打
工
家在台北地區所以也有在台北打工,一定會符合最低薪資,但在某區的(除了便利商店)
沒做過120以上的。
先講一下事情經過
12月20日在某區我開始了另一份打工(我兼兩份),是韓式料理店,我和老闆使用簡單韓
文與英文溝通,我自認做過各種餐飲業,並不會不上手,能很快進入狀況。當時她告訴我
前兩週她只願意付我100/hr,之後120/hr,雖然覺得不合理,還是因為缺錢需要打工,想
說先試試看,就開始這份工作。
過程中我自認努力工作,但是老闆
1.莫名砍我工作時數,比如我今天15分到,他算我30分到,有一次他的理由是因為我有用
餐,扣了我半小時,但那是因為店裡沒有客人,她叫我坐下吃飯,這樣也要被扣半小時嗎
?2.語言溝通問題她認為我有出錯餐,但是那是她自己出錯餐的怪到我身上@@(外場只有
我跟她)3.聖誕節那天客人很多很忙,只有我跟她兩人外場,之後食材不夠她打電話給另
一個工讀學生來上班買食材,還嫌他動作慢,我自己是覺得臨時摳他來上班應該要感謝工
讀生吧?因為我真的受不了老闆低EQ一臉我付錢了你快來,難道我們應該被隨摳隨到嗎?
以上是我稍微觀察出老闆比較嚴格小氣,喜歡嫌東嫌西,那也沒什麼,就是先離職就好了
,本來我隔天需要去上班,我就先傳了訊息問他我不能去而且要離職了,但他並沒有回覆
我,我也就沒有多想了,沒想到過了一個多禮拜都音訊全無,今天晚上我傳了訊息問他我
什麼時候能拿到薪水。
她一開始不願意付我薪水,說我做不滿一個月不支薪給我,我就告訴她她違法,我應該拿
到我的薪水,否則我有我的途徑保護自己,她就罵我無禮,只想要短期工作很自私,說我
很晚跟他說等等,我說我傳了訊息是她沒回覆我......
以上是事情大概,當然她最後會付我錢(而且聖誕節沒雙倍喔!)我只是在思考:
1.是我把打工這件事認知錯了嗎?其實我跟老闆們的爭執不止這一次。挑工作這件事不就
是老闆挑員工,員工也挑老闆嗎?
2.前一天講對工讀狀態而言,會太晚嗎?我不能隨時離職嗎?我又不是正式員工,我是照
著計時走的呀。當然我是抱著詢問他的態度,他說人手不足我還是會到的。
3.她還挑剔我工作不認真,其實我不過做四次而已,其中一次還是聖誕節人爆滿的時候,
我還是替她做好了,好那假設她覺得我不認真,開除我就好了,為什麼要把我當她小孩罵
?一個小時該給我多少就給我,不喜歡我就把我開除就好了啊!就很簡單的互惠行為。
以上是我的一些想法態度,有不負責任的地方,請大家指教我,也快出社會了,是應該調
整一下心態。
