在樺達奶茶工作的特殊之處? - 履歷

個人曾在早午餐餐廳當過外場間吧檯,
那時就需要製作手搖杯茶飲和果汁,然後一早到店面
需要煮很多的紅茶、綠茶,然後一些飲料的配方要背起來,
哪些飲料要用相對應的茶器組填裝送給客人等等...
而由於我家離板橋店的樺達奶茶非常近,因此觀察到他們的特別之處,
應該幾乎都是鮮奶茶?
而且配方的甜度、溫度固定,在Att 4 fun的店面跟南部一樣
有販賣燒賣等等鹹的點心,而非常見的飲品與甜點的搭配,
在下投給老闆的履歷,就把這些特色對我這北部人來講很新鮮給寫出來,
不曉得老闆是不是因此肯讓我這26歲的男性一個實習機會@w@
總之,我印象中的飲料店,如果要製作手搖杯飲料,尤其處理很多果汁
的店會比較累,那有了這經驗,是不是在樺達奶茶工作時會相對得心應手呢?
還是千萬不要把製作手搖杯飲料的經驗帶到樺達奶茶呢?
如果沒有違反機密,可否稍微透露一下,背誦茶飲配方是某有特別困難之處?
是否不要把製作奶茶想得太簡單?
另外就是對應客人這點,跟其他飲料店比起來有無特別要求之處呢?
以上問題,如果沒有違背員工倫理,懇請有在樺達奶茶工作過的前輩們指點
在樺達奶茶工作有無特別須注意之處? 有無比想像中更要花心思的地方?

P.S 1 : 我不是在我家附近的板橋店,而是要到通化店實習
P.S 2 : 上一份工作才實習個沒幾天就被勸退了orz
想不到在其他店面讓顧客很滿意的我,在那種幾乎都是老先生老太太,
一大堆熟客為主的店,會讓上司認為我渾身不自在,喪失第一天那個
滿臉自信、陽光的氛圍,而我又太想盡快站上收銀檯獨當一面,導致
上司認為我太急躁,也可能不適合在混合雜貨店與彩券行的店面工作
上司說明明他對我的第一印象就是給人很陽光的感覺,可是在哪邊
的時候,卻緊繃得很嚇人,因此他判定我不適合那環境...
